Waiting for the morning, waiting all the night
Come back without warning and hold me tight

We are both alone, everyone on his own,
all alone to the bone, in a place called home
We wasted our time, pearls before swine
It´s a time crime at the enemies line…
I will give you a sign

Too much trouble we caught, too many fights we fought
As a reward we put our love to the sword
Let´s try to persue – me and you
Let us pass through

Waiting for the morning, waiting all the night,
Come back without warning – hold me tight

We´re like amputees, we lost our keys
we have to search at least down on the knees
It´s more than we can chew, let´s try to be true,
me and you

There´s no excuse, no time to loose,
We´ve had our clues – we tried to abuse
Let´s take off the gloves, open the door with a shove,
Remember our love

Waiting for the morning, waiting all the night,
Come back without warning – hold me tight

Waiting…

Waiting for the morning, waiting all the night,
Come back without warning – hold me tight

Waiting

Why isn’t it easy with someone who means so much to you?
We don’t know. But we’re sure that almost all of us have had similar thoughts at one time or another. The feeling of letting the love of your life slip through your fingers. Even if that’s exactly what you don’t want.
With Waiting, the second single release from their debut album all in, the Berlin band TenMenOut prove both their versatility and their sensitivity.

BENEATH THE GENTLE SURFACE

“Wrapped in an aural sculpture of piano sounds, flutes and a smooth percussion groove, the bittersweet melancholy of the song WAITING comes across perfectly. But beneath the gentle surface, it feels as if there is also a mysterious rougher region…
WAITING is composed, performed and arranged by Al Grae, W.D.A. Hoffmann and Carsten L. Bergmann.
